At Texas Pride Collection, we stand by our products and our people. Every item is custom-made just for y’all, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a real issue. That said, if something ain’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s the deal:

🔹 1.Every Product is Made to Order – We Can’t Accept Returns

Since every item is made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges to keep our quality high and reduce waste. We totally get that sizing can be tricky, so be sure to check our size charts before ordering—we want you to love the fit! If you need help picking the right size, just holler—we’re happy to help! 😊

🔹 2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item? We Got You!

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or just plain wrong, that’s on us. Let us know within 30 days and we’ll get you a replacement or refund. Here’s what we need from you:

📸 Clear photos of the issue
✍️ A quick description of what’s wrong

🔹 3. Lost Packages? We’ll Hunt ’Em Down!

If your package gets lost on the way, holler at us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can track it down. If the shipping gremlins messed up (or we did), we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

🔹 4. Oops! Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

🚨 Heads up! If you enter the wrong shipping address, your order might get returned to our facility. If that happens:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping it back to you.
  • If it goes unclaimed for 30 days, it’ll be donated to charity—no refunds.

🔹 5. Refunds - When Do We Issue ’Em?

We only issue refunds if:
✅ Your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✅ Your order was lost in transit (and it wasn’t due to an incorrect address you entered)

We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size choices, or changes of heart. Plan ahead, y’all!
